Danguard Inc. is a full-spectrum cybersecurity and AI solutions company headquartered in Ajax, Ontario, serving businesses across Canada and the United States. Danguard was founded by Thomas Daniel, a cybersecurity professional with over 20 years of experience across some of the world’s leading organizations from across the world. Throughout his career, Thomas saw the same pattern repeat itself: Canadian and American SMBs were being left behind by an industry that built its tools for enterprises with million-dollar budgets and dedicated security teams.
Danguard was built to close that gap — using artificial intelligence to compress what previously took teams of analysts and consultants into platforms that any business can deploy, understand, and act on.

RedactAI
RedactAI is an automated PHI and sensitive data redaction platform built for organizations that handle protected health information under Ontario’s privacy legislation. It automates the detection and redaction of personally identifiable and health information from documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs — replacing a manual, error-prone process with an AI-powered workflow that is faster, more consistent, and audit-ready. RedactAI was developed in response to Ontario Health procurement requirements and is positioned for deployment across healthcare, government, and legal sectors.
FinGuard AI
FinGuard AI is an AI-powered AML and compliance platform built for Canadian financial institutions — including credit unions, mortgage brokers, money services businesses, and investment dealers. It automates FINTRAC reporting obligations, screens clients against global sanctions lists, tracks regulatory obligations across all 11 FINTRAC reporting entity sectors, and generates board-ready compliance reports. FinGuard AI addresses the compliance burden that smaller financial institutions carry without the resources of the Big Five banks — giving them the same regulatory discipline at a fraction of the cost.
Danguard Nexus AI
Danguard Nexus AI is a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) platform that gives any organization the ability to deploy a custom AI assistant trained on their own documents, policies, and knowledge base.
